WPT Borgata Poker Classic Terms and Conditions

1. Titan Poker and the iPoker Network will award one seat to the World Poker Tour's "Borgata Poker Classic” held at the Borgata Casino in Atlantic City. The Borgata Poker Classic Texas Hold'em No Limit tournament begins on January 29, 2006.

2. The value of the WPT Borgata Poker Classic seat will be approximately $12,000, and will include the buy-in the WPT Borgata Poker Classic, travel and accommodations.

3. The seat to the WPT Borgata Poker Classicwill be awarded to the winner of Titan Poker's WPT Borgata Poker Classic Super Satellite tournament, which will take place on January 20, 2006, at 8 pm EST.

4. The minimum number of players in the Super Satellite tournament will be 20. One seat to the WPT Borgata Poker Classic will be awarded for every 40 players in the Super Satellite. The remaining prize pool (if any), will be distributed according to Titan Poker's standard tournament payout structure.

5. Direct buy-ins to the Super Satellite will be available at a cost of $300 + $15.

6. Seats at the Super Satellite can be won at ongoing, 10-player sit 'n' go satellites ($31.50 + $2), 6-player sit 'n' go satellites ($52.50 + $2.50) and at Titan Poker's Daily Multi-Table Qualifier at 7:30 pm EST ($21 + $1.50). One seat at the Super Satellite will be awarded for every 15 players registered at the Daily Multi-Table Qualifier.

7. First prize at the Super Satellite is non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be converted to cash.

8. Any individual player can win only one seat at the WPT Borgata Poker Classic.

9. It is the individual winner's responsibility to ensure that all travel documents (passport and visa, as required) are in order and to obtain any required travel and medical insurance. Lack of proper travel documents may be grounds for disqualification. Titan Poker will book all travel and accommodation.

10. By entering the WPT Borgata Poker Classic Super Satellite or satellites, players agree that their real names, aliases and images can be used for promotional purposes.

11. By entering the WPT Borgata Poker Classic Super Satellite or satellites, players agree that, should they win a WPT Borgata Poker Classic seat, they will wear Titan Poker apparel (hats and/or T-Shirts) provided to them and will wear the apparel in accordance with the instructions of Titan Poker management.

12. Awarding of any and all prizes is at the sole discretion of Titan Poker management and any decisions taken by management in this regard are final.

13. Decisions as to players' eligibility to enter the WPT Borgata Poker Classic Super Satellite and/or satellites and to remain in and compete in same are at the sole discretion of Titan Poker management and any decisions taken by management in this regard are final.

14. Titan Poker management reserves the right to deny entry to the WPT Borgata Poker Classic Super Satellite and satellites and/or remove a player or disqualify a player from same and any decisions taken by management in this regard are final.

15. Titan Poker management reserves the right to change and/or cancel the rules and structure of the WPT Borgata Poker Classic Super Satellite and satellites at its sole discretion. Any decisions taken by management in this regard are final.

16. Players must be of legal age to participate in any of the tournaments.

17. Titan Poker shall in no way be liable for any injuries, losses, damages or expenses suffered or incurred by any winner of a Package as a direct or indirect result of accepting the WPT Borgata Poker Classic seat and participating in the WPT Borgata Poker Classic in Atlantic City.

18. Titan Poker cannot advise on the tax position of winners, as some jurisdictions treat poker wins as tax free, while in other jurisdictions such proceeds are taxable. If the winnings are taxable in your jurisdiction, you are solely responsible to keep track of and report your winnings to the appropriate authorities. Likewise, Titan Poker cannot advise on whether the playing of poker over the Internet is lawful in your jurisdiction. You must establish that your participation on Titan Poker is lawful in your own jurisdiction.
